The opening

On April 28, 2026, developers Jamie and Christian Stark of Stark Properties marked The Branch Business Park ready for tenants along Atlanta Highway, or Georgia 13, in Flowery Branch. The two-building light-industrial park sits on a roughly seven-acre lot with build-to-suit options, a short drive from the inland port that opened in January 2026.

Phase 1 totals about 23,100 square feet across two buildings, the kind of small-bay industrial space that local employers fill without the scale of a mega-warehouse. No tenants were named in public reporting at the time of the opening.

What it adds

The park rounds out the Flowery Branch industrial base, the same corridor that has drawn the inland port and the county's recent distribution approvals. It is modest in scale and useful for that reason: it is space a smaller employer can actually occupy. The Hall County page keeps the running account.
